'FILMography' by Christopher Moloney

'FILMography' (FILM + photography) is a visual project by New York-based journalist Christopher Moloney that consists of placing photographic stills from a film directly in front of the real-world present-day location, matching angles and perspectives. Moloney came up with the idea on his commute to work through New York’s Central Park where he recognized a number of landmarks and locations where film scenes had been shot.
