H&M Launches Collection Inspired by Models

Mirroring the increasingly augmented social status that fashion models have in society, Swedish clothing and accessories brand H&M has created ‘New Icons’, a new collection inspired by the street styles worn by Joan Smalls, Daphne Groeneveld, Lindsey Wixson and Liu Wen.

The four popular models also star in the campaign for the Pre-Summer 2013 collection, which will be available in H&M stores from April and will include fashion staples such as a black leather jacket, a lace miniskirt, frayed denim cut-offs, embellished vests, simple T-shirts, low-heeled ankle boots, leather necklaces, wide-brimmed hats, fringed bag and several pieces of jewellery.
