Zaha Hadid reveals designs for Brisbane residential towers

London-based Zaha Hadid Architects have unveiled plans for Grace on Coronation, a residential development on the riverbank of Brisbane, in Australia. Located four kilometres west of the city’s central business district on the former site of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, the proposal includes three towers comprising a total of 486 apartments, eight villas and landscaped areas, while preserving neighbouring heritage-listed Middenbury House. Subject to planning approval, work on the project is expected to start in late 2015.
